Only a well crafted model can depict a developer’s true vision. Unlike an artist's rendering or print advertising, a model gives the prospective buyer a sense they're already home. Two dimensional drawings are often confusing and lack interest to hold the attention of a client. Computer generated 3D presentations have their own merit however you’re still looking at a flat screen image. A model has always been what the client expects to see when entering a sales center.
